I have to say I’m okay with this number because I overate a lot this week and I was surprised I didn’t gain anything. No excuse this week though.
Gained 2 pounds this week though I’m fairly sure it’s mostly water retention and bloated. Still sucks to see a higher number on the scale.
Did this workout tonight. I really enjoyed it. At first it was quite easy but that didn’t last long haha :) I’d recommend it to anyone that wants to give it a go, also it doesn’t require any equipment and can be done in a fairly small space.
